1. ACCEPTANCE

14. ASSIGNMENT
The terms and conditions contained herein and any rights and licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by XNXXX.info without restriction.
If any term, clause, or provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the agreement.
